Below are some of the tips from some of you who are taking action!

There are many ways and places that can potentially join the cause and donate/host a night for you to show the film.

• Local movie theater
• Local high school or university
• Local community center
• Local church or synagogue

You will need to make sure that your final venue has the capability to show the film – projector, screen, DVD player, and speakers combo or TV and DVD player combo. Make sure to test the equipment before the event.

Make sure to reserve the venue several weeks in advance to help give enough time for promoting and planning.

Ask a local domestic violence shelter or organization to join your efforts as they will be a great resources to help find a venue, as well as for your audience to get involved after seeing the film.

I would like to show the Sin By Silence at the district’s 2 Fall Retreats In Nov 2011. Do I need permission to do this? I have shown it already to two small groups and the response was wonderful. Between the two Fall retreats we run around 600 ladies. I need to hear back with in the week. It is such a powerful DVD. Thank you for putting this together and what a wonderful way to help so many ladies to protect and help them out of there bad situations.

    Blessings,
