In order to show the film at your event, we offer a reduced screening fee of $80 for a DVD of the film and permission to screen the project in public.

Also, included in the kit are an additional 4 DVDs to sell for $20 at the event to help recoup your costs. So, by the end of the event, your up-front cost are covered! It’s a win-win situation!

I agree that I (“the Licensee”) shall pay to Quiet Little Place Productions, LLC (“the Licensor”) a license fee in the sum of eighty US dollars ($80), which shall become due and payable at least fifteen days prior to the date indicated above. In consideration of payment of the license fee provided for above, the Licensor hereby grants to the Licensee (YOU) , without warranty, a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to screen the Film, subject to the terms and conditions specified herein.

The Licensee hereby expressly agrees that the Film shall be used only for the permitted purposes as set forth in this agreement and for no other purpose.

The Licensee agrees that the Film may be exhibited in more than one screening on the single date indicated above, but that permission for additional exhibition dates must be made to the Licensor at the addresses below, and will incur additional licensing fees and contract terms.

The Licensee agrees that it shall not permit the Film to be duplicated, sold, lent, transferred, or made available to any other party not contained herein at any time or in any manner other than as provided for in this Agreement.

The Licensee agrees that the exhibition DVD provided for the purposes of the public exhibition indicated above must be returned to and received at the address below within ten days of the date of exhibition indicated above.

With respect to the License granted hereunder, it is expressly understood and acknowledged by the Licensee that any rights, title, or interest that the Licensor maintains with respect to the Film are expressly reserved by the Licensor. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and any amendments, changes, or modifications shall have legal effect and be binding only if made in writing and signed by both parties.>
